Vehicle Sales Executive - Toyota Hyde Park
This role requires a passion for sales, ambition, drive, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance on suitable cars from our inventory.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the features and specifications of our car inventory, ensuring you can confidently convey the value of each vehicle to potential buyers.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to test drives and finalizing the sale. Explain financing options and warranty programs to meet their needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Negotiation: Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the customer and the dealership.
- Paperwork and Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction for the customer.
Candidates need to exceed the below minimum required standards:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and market trends.
- Computer literate with good administration and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- A valid SA driver's license.
